As a Canadian, I can say that if someone ctaches that their initials spell SAP, it will cause great laughter due to sap being synonymous with maple syrup  But as there's going to be five children in the family, I don't see why one of the names can't be Cillian or Ciaran or even both, as the third will have a name of a different initial (I like Arabella, and I think Cillian, Arabella and Ciaran sounds lovely  modern and stylish though Arabella would be the odd non-Welsh name out). Aeronwy would work well and perfectly complement the more unique Welsh styling of Emrys.  Erin' as a nickname would be sweet, though it would create triple n endings. But to me it's almost a sibset too good to pass up  Above you mentioned that you like Taliesin  I know a Taliesin  beautiful, sweet girl, no negative connotations to the name, and hers is pronounced  Taleh-sin,' which I also like. But with the name endings being n's, it may not fit what you want.
